Emergency Contact Details

In the event of a gas emergency it is important that your gas transporter has the most accurate and up-to-date information in order that they can act safely and in your best interests.  If you are a large end user [over 732,000 kWh or 25,000 therms], you must provide us with correct contact information, should a gas supply emergency occur.

The Health and Safety Executive have a leaflet (click here) on how vital emergency contacts are and should be read by you before completing the Emergency Contact Details.
