Account Executive - Change of Ownership

What does the job entail?

You will be part of the Change of Ownership team who are responsible for making amendments on both gas and power customer accounts. You will check all documentation received which will include change of tenancy forms, the lease, LOA and correspondences as well as managing the daily inbox and inbound and out bound calls.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • To handle customers across different platforms – email, live chat and inbound and outbound calls
  • Logging of change of ownership requests and allocating accordingly
  • Applying documentation to queries raised on customer accounts
  • Updating queries with additional data when received
  • Communicating with customers via letter/email requesting documentation
  • Check, log and allocate any post received for the Change of Ownership team
  • Manage the customer services mailbox
  • Maintain up to date query logs with agreed SLAs
  • You will work with your colleagues across Customer Service to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Any other reasonable duties as defined by management

 

 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of working within a contact centre environment
  • Experience of working within the Utility industry would be desirable
  • Proven experience in investigation of fraud
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and investigating skills
  • Ability to solve problems and learn new processes quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Competent with all Microsoft packages
  • Strong team working ability
  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
  • Flexibility on working hours depending on business needs
