What does the job entail?

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR to join our dedicated People, Culture and Development Team. You will be involved with supporting the team with HR, Recruitment and Learning and Development administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administration support to the HR team
  • Collating and processing of monthly payroll details on HR Payroll system in a timely manner
  • Administration of the recruitment process, starters and leavers, training, performance management and induction processes
  • Manage HR correspondence and filing
  • Maintenance and accurate upkeep of all HR records
  • Prepare monthly human resources audits, reports and statistics
  • Assist the HR Department in supporting managers with employment legislation, HR Planning, potential and actual disciplinary action and other HR issues
  • Assist the HR Department with the administration of company benefits
  • Administration of company health and safety processes
  • Liaise and comply with corporate policies, guidance and standards
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in various HR projects
  • Ensure knowledge of current HR legislation and updates
  • Identify and eliminate operational risk according to ORSA
  • Any other reasonable duties as defined by management

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven administrative experience working in a HR environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to problem solve numerical queries
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages at an intermediate level
  • Ability to handle and deliver confidential and sensitive messages
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities workload effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Educated to a degree level– desirable
