What does the job entail?

The Key Account Manager Administrator will support our Key Account Managers in both pre and post sales.

You will manage the administrative duties in ensuring a seamless customer experience following contract committal, assisting in the management of Corona’s Key Accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Updating and logging renewals for sales targets
  • Chasing & monitoring of outstanding documentation liaising with the KAMs and brokers
  • Issuing copy documentation
  • Sending out AMR performance reports
  • Monitoring late starts
  • Assisting with transportation pass-throughs
  • Liaising with different departments throughout the business regarding the management of customer accounts
  • Locking in additional sites
  • Sending of lock in emails as well as the creation of tailored welcome packs
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers and third parties assisting with questions and queries
  • Liaising with SPA and metering to ensure successful registration of ALL meters (ECD inputs, etc)
  • Handling objections and generating objection reports; liaising with both SPA and also the customer
  • Management of AMR contracts sold to ensure full completion and implementation (Liaison with Metering Team required)
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout all of the above
  • Any other reasonable duties as defined by the Team Leader

Skills & Experience:

  •  Strong team player with the ability to communicate with other departments and individual sales people
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience in a numerical/ analytical position
  • Good Excel skills
  • Proactive outlook
  • Knowledge of the utilities industry is desirable
