Dear Customers and Partners,
We are all facing unprecedented and challenging times for our businesses, our teams and our families and we want to reassure you that we are here to support you through these challenges.
We have built our business around our core values of Customer First, Forward Thinking and Empowered and we will remain committed to these throughout this period and beyond. This is what you, as our valued customer or partner, can expect from us.
We have a robust Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for a variety of scenarios, including pandemics. We have enacted our BCP and are operating business as usual from various locations but all connected to our core systems and phone lines. Our priority is to continue providing an exceptional service whilst focussing on the wellbeing of our dedicated team.
As the situation surrounding the virus continues to develop around the world, we are continuing to closely monitor events as they unfold. My leadership team and I meet daily to review our systems and processes as well as discuss any updated guidelines set by the government.
Of course, the situation is evolving rapidly and we will keep you updated if things change. In the meantime we thank you for your business and your ongoing support.
