As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for Corona Energy’s customers and brokers in servicing both our Gas and Electricity sectors. You will provide a professional and excellent level of service at all times by answering in-bound calls and answering live-chat. You will assist in closing complaints as required and support broker queries.
Project Manager –Job Description
The purpose of the Project Manager is to lead and implement projects that deliver and support business growth. This role requires analysis of business need and translation into project deliverables and the ultimate delivery against success criteria. The typical projects you will be involved in are IT and system based, e.g. implementation of new CRM, IVR and new refresh programmes.
Programme Support Officer – Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the PMO Manager and the Programme Director in the delivery and assurance of deliverables within the Programme. It will involve the setup and operation of a local Programme office, including support resources and the implementation of common controls, governance, project management, assurance, reporting and delivery processes.
Credit Controller – Job Description
