Key Account Manager Administrator – Job Description
The Key Account Manager Administrator will support our Key Account Managers in both pre and post sales. You will manage the administrative duties in ensuring a seamless customer experience following contract committal, assisting in the management of Corona’s Key Accounts.
SME Sales Support Administrator – Job Description
As the SME Sales Support Administrator you will deliver a first class service at all times, managing relationships with brokers to help retain existing SME customers and increase contract renewals. You will play an active part in monitoring the renewal and pricing mailboxes, resolve any queries and ensure all data is uploaded accurately for the provision of reports and management of customer information.
Project Manager –Job Description
The purpose of the Project Manager is to lead and implement projects that deliver and support business growth. This role requires analysis of business need and translation into project deliverables and the ultimate delivery against success criteria. The typical projects you will be involved in are IT and system based, e.g. implementation of new CRM, IVR and new refresh programmes.
Programme Support Officer – Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the PMO Manager and the Programme Director in the delivery and assurance of deliverables within the Programme. It will involve the setup and operation of a local Programme office, including support resources and the implementation of common controls, governance, project management, assurance, reporting and delivery processes.
Credit Controller – Job Description
The purpose of the Credit Controller is to work in a target driven environment to ensure collection of monies owed by communicating with customers by telephone and in writing, as well as maintaining a portfolio of customers within acceptable debt levels according to risk.
Market Risk and Customer Optimisation Analyst – Job Description
The purpose of the Market Risk and Customer Optimisation Analyst is to own the Customer Optimisation services provided to key account customers and support the sales teams in the promotion and delivery of those products and services. Additionally, own the evaluation and management of the energy market risk on Corona Energy’s, developing and enacting appropriate hedging strategies. Lastly, produce market insight and fundamental analysis to support the formation and delivery of Corona Energy’s strategies, manage and control its risks and deliver against its financial targets.
SME Renewals Sales Agent – Job Description
The SME Renewals Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the sales inbox, generating tenders, pricing and committing contracts and sending out all confirmations before the end of the day. You will also liaise daily with brokers via telephone and email and meet individual and team targets to renew gas and power SME accounts.
