My AMR meter is not working, what should I do?

Your meter will still be fully functioning so there will be no affect to your supply. You can contact our Customer Services team who can log the fault with the AMR provider.  Due to UK Government guidelines, as this is a non-essential activity, unfortunately it will not be repaired until the current UK Government restrictions are removed.
