How does the switching process work?

Switching is a simple three-step process:

1. Call us on 0800 804 8589 to discuss your requirements with our dedicated sales team and we’ll provide a contract that meets your needs
2. Once the contract has been agreed, we’ll then contact your current supplier to tell them we’re taking over your supply
3. On the last day of your existing supply, you just need to provide meter readings to your existing supplier and us to close the old account and open your new one.
