What are the VAT rates?

VAT rates are set at the standard rate of 20% unless you’re eligible for a VAT discount. If you are a business customer, you will be charged at 5% if you use under 1000 kWh or less than 4,397 kWh gas per month. If your business does qualify for a reduced VAT rates, please fill in our VAT declaration form.
