We will also set you up on my Corona, our online 24/7 account management service that puts all your account and billing information at your fingertips. You should receive your first invoice 8 weeks after your switch date.
Providing regular monthly reading will ensure you receive accurate monthly bills.
Power meter reads should be sent to us no later than the 1st of the month and can be submitted via our online account management tool, myCorona.
Gas meter reads should be sent to us no later than the 3rd of the month and can be submitted on our website.
Readings submitted after these dates may not be used for billing purposes and you could receive an estimated bill.
