Will I need a meter exchange?

Some customers may require a meter exchange as part of MHHS.

This may apply if you have:

• A traditional meter connected through a Current Transformer (CT)
• A non-communicating meter installed before 2016
• A meter type that is not supported by our appointed metering services provider

If a meter exchange is required, we’ll contact you directly, explain why it’s needed, discuss any associated costs and guide you through the next steps.
